Baby greens topped with julienne ham. turkey, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, cucumber, and tomato served with a choice of Italian, fat-free ranch, honey mustard, bleu cheese dressing
Mediterranean Chicken Salad
Chicken breast marinated in lemon juice, white wine, garlic, olive oil and oregano, grilled then placed on a bed of baby greens with roasted eggplant, plum tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese with a mint infused vinaigrette
Sesame Chicken Salad
A hot and sweet Asian spiced chicken breast encrusted with sesame seeds on a bed of field greens with cucumber, carrots, green onion, snow peas and chow mien noodles
Teriyaki Beef Tenderloin Salad
A chiffonade of spinach and Napa cabbage topped with a five spice marinated beef tenderloin, shitake mushrooms, bean sprouts, cucumbers, snow peas, toasted peanuts, cilantro and scallions

Hickory smoked bacon, avocado, Roma tomatoes, red onion, crumbled bleu cheese and hard-boiled eggs on a bed of mix greens drizzled with a lemon vinaigrette
